Fine Gael TD for Wicklow and Chairman of the Oireachtas Agriculture Committee, Andrew Doyle, has today (Wednesday) said that the CAP deal agreed by the Minister for Agriculture, Simon Coveney TD, is significant and represents a milestone achievement of the Irish EU Presidency.
