Fine Gael TD for Wicklow, Andrew Doyle, has said that Wicklow County Council have been given approval by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Phil Hogan, to proceed with the Wastewater Treatment Plant Contract for the Dunlavin Sewerage Scheme, a project worth just under €5 million to the local economy.
