Fine Gael TD for Wicklow/East Carlow, Andrew Doyle, said today that balancing payments for farmers under the 2014 Single Farm Payment Scheme (SFP) will begin on 1st December. The payments will benefit 1,895 farmers in Wicklow. “These payments are an essential part of many farmers’ budgets. Farmers in Wicklow will receive payments amounting to €12,155 million.
