Fine Gael TD Andrew Doyle  said Wicklow  children will benefit from €13,000 funding for upgrade works at Seaview Playground,Arklow,  Wicklow. The Capital Grant Scheme for Play and Recreation will see the roll out of new and innovative play and recreation projects and the improvement of existing facilities in 22 local authorities across the country.
